Kemps Country House Bar Restaurant

Kemps Country House is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Dorset. The hotel offers excellent service, with very friendly staff, delicious food, and comfortable beds. I highly recommend it.

The garden is covered in dog feces with a strong smell of dog urine lingering upstairs in the bedrooms. This place is completely unacceptable. Do not waste your money here.

I had a great three-week stay at Kemps Country House and would highly recommend it. The rooms are top-notch, with my room being spacious and equipped with a couch, super king-sized bed, large bathtub, and powerful hot shower. John, the owner, and his staff were very welcoming and provided me with valuable information about local restaurants and attractions.

Although we only had breakfast the food was great Agnes catered to our needs in a very professional and efficient maner

We had a lovely time at Kemps and the owners John Carol made us very welcome, the food was really good and our waitress went the extra mile to get us what we required.......Our compliments to the Chef as his food was really tasty especially the Duck....The breakfast was to die for full English eggs anyway you want them also smoked salmon, kippers etc.... The rooms were very comfortable with flat screen TV. like home from home. The area was lovely especially Lulworth Cove. Great Pub there. As we visited in November the leaves on the trees were turning a rustic brown red was a lovely sight. I recommend a visit to Monkey World very educational.
