Bj's Brewhouse Puyallup

Bad experience. They use a page system to seat you. I told the girl my phone number 5 times. Had her read it back. It was still wrong. So we didn’t get seated quick. The waitress let us sit quite a while before taking our order. But it was busy so I cut her some slack. Food took a month of Sundays to show up, to the point I thought about leaving. We waited 25 minutes to sit, no problem other than it should have only been 15. Waited almost an hour to eat. 55 minutes. The food was fine. I have eaten at this chain in many locations. My drink cup sat empty most of the time. I think I would steer you elsewhere is it’s the weekend. They don’t seem to handle crowds well.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the second time. It was a peaceful atmosphere with delicious food. We enjoyed our meal so much that we didn't even have time to take a picture. However, we did manage to snap a photo of our dessert, which was incredible! Our waitress, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was wonderful. She treated us like old friends and had a positive energy. The location is excellent and we look forward to returning in the future.

Went for a late lunch, the wings were phenomenal! Ended up ordering a second round. The lunch Mediterranean chicken meal was also very good. Would strongly suggest getting that for a lighter meal.

My husband dined at BJ’s in Puyallup on Saturday night. He couldn't stop raving about how delicious the Rib-eye steak was all day.

Venice is an amazing waitress. She cares about the quality of our beverages and food. She is very personable and goes the extra mile.
