Because of dietary restrictions and choices, I asked the server about items that were cooked in 100% olive oil or butter. The answer: zero. They only use olive oil and canola oil blend. This makes it a seed oil and inflammatory. This is an Italian restaurant and they don't use 100% olive oil, not because it tastes better but because it's cheaper. Shame on you! especially after this statement on your menu saying you only use the highest quality ingredients. Do better!

My friend and I got really bad food poisoning from eating the seafood risotto! Waste of $50+. Don't recommend this pyuallup location.

Sat us way in the back and kept moving tables and chairs next to us loudly over and over again for no reason, waitress kept gossiping with other staff about us, if they don't want us there for whatever reason just tell us it will save us both the trouble.

Had an amazing time food was great. Only thing I would put a thumbs down on is it took an incredibly long time to get our bill. I would have understood if the place was busy but it was not and we were a big group. 8 top with 2 kids. I've been in the business. I would've got the bill as soon as I could To get them out and get paid. Other than that....Great service...fast with drinks apps and mains
