Panera Bread - Puyallup

I usually enjoy this Panera and have not had any issues. Food is good and it's always clean. They even let my daughter try a soup to see if was something she would like, I appreciated that. I was not a fan of the fact that our food was sitting up at the window ready for a few minutes with no one manning the window. Many other peoples food was ready also. This made my soup barley warm and croutons soggy. I miss how they use to have the food taken to your table. As always, love their bread!!

As you can see I ordered French onion and got chicken noodle instead. Since I have the flu it makes more sense but I’m sick of chicken noodle. Also isn’t this a cup ? I paid for a bowl. Someone needs to run me my money please.

I went to get my family dinner at the puyallup Panera Bread. I ordered the bbq chicken salad, tuna sandwich, and a steak sandwich. When we got home with the food I opened my salad and it was old salad that was slimy and brown like really old salad that should have been thrown in the trash days ago. This is the second time that we have gone to this particular Panera and have received food that was not up to standards.

I order from Panera Bread often and usually great food and usually great service but today was the exception. I felt like I was being rushed by the order taker and when I asked a question I felt like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I ordered two orders of autumn squash soup only received one and the baguette that I received had some sort of tomato sauce on it. The chicken sandwich I ordered looks dry as a bone. Not a good day for the Puyallup store

Best place to get short bites or if you are on the go. Ordered Mediterranean sandwich, corn chowder soup, Baja and grilled cheese sandwich kids meal. Drinks- Mango yuzi and strawberry lemon mint, strawberry smoothie. Food was good and filling. Drinks were so refreshing.
