Írjon visszajelzéstMy brother and I came to this institution on holiday. the personal was incredibly rude. they have not even recognized us. we stood there and waited a few minutes before one of the employees mems who thought that the unloading of the brotes was more important than to serve the customers. Once the man in the cash register has finished with a custome, he has not confirmed that he would be with us. he didn't recognize us at all. the woman unloads the brot the man in the register to “huren”. I counted on 5 to see if one of them just acknowledges us. then I said to my brother, "we're going the same." I counted back to 5 and we went. incredibly rude and the whole situation gave a racial prejudice under pressure.
I ordered a 6-inch Black Forest ham sandwich, but was disappointed to find that only one thin slice of ham was placed on it, barely covering the bread. I felt it was overpriced for the amount of ham provided. When I asked for additional slices, I was informed that the quantity of ham on the sandwich had been reduced and any extra would come at an additional cost. The sandwich did not match the advertised appearance and overall, I was not impressed with the experience. I would caution against visiting this restaurant again.
There is a woman working at this restaurant with a resting mean face, and she is very unpleasant to deal with due to her attitude. She acts as if she has a bad attitude towards anything and everyone. Even when I ordered a simple sandwich, she made it seem like there was a long line, although there was no one else waiting. She appeared annoyed that I even bought a sandwich from there. I would not recommend dealing with her, as I will shake my head in disbelief if I have to do so again.
I ordered via subway.com from this location and opted for delivery (it said 20-30 minutes). After I paid it kicked me back to the order screen again without giving me a confirmation. The funds were pulled from my card but I wanted to make sure that the order went through so I called the store. I spoke to an employee who was very rude and told me I must but have ordered via subway.com because they don't do delivery. (We absolutely ordered through the website). She proceeded to ask me Who is going to deliver it? And said she couldn't help me. Again, she was SUPER rude.
I recently visited a Subway location where a lady named Dolly provided excellent and speedy service. She was very kind and deserves a raise! This Subway is the best one I have been to, and I would give it more than 5 stars.
