Final Approach - Qualicum Beach

Located inside the airport building, The Final Approach offers lovely views of the airport and the tarmac. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and generally happy. The food is consistently delicious with generous portion sizes. I have enjoyed dishes such as fish and chips, halibut, and recently tried the chorizo and prawn linguini which was amazing. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in the area.

This restaurant is a perfect spot for a ladies' lunch! I have been coming here for years and it never fails to impress. My friends and I enjoyed our meal on the patio with a view of the planes coming and going. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We tried the calamari, flatbread, and sliders, all of which were fantastic. The quality of the food here is always top-notch. Kudos to the chef for consistently delivering excellent dishes!

I was denied entry with my certified service dog, even after providing the necessary certification. I have lodged a complaint with the authorities, as this could result in a fine of up to $3000. It is disheartening that this happened and I hope it does not occur to anyone else. What a disappointment.

The service was super friendly and easily answered our questions. We had the Mile High Club, Blackened Chicken Sandwich and the Risotto Arancini. All 3 were perfection. The patio was lovely and quiet excluding the occasional airplane landing or taking off which was pretty cool. We definitely recommend visiting.

Great food at great prices at an unique location. Watch planes take off and land while you enjoy a fantastic meal being served by a charming wait staff. We'll be back.
