Great Delight - Quatre Bornes

For starters, we ordered crispy beef which was delicious. Juicy, tender and crispy. Main course: fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice was very good but the sweet and sour chicken was awful. We could only taste cinnamon. Atmosphere is nice. Private. Clean. Service isn't good. They are slow and we had to look in their direction several times for them to bring our food despite the cook having already prepped it and kept it a long time ago. They didn't even give us a plate when they gave us our starter. We had to call them again and again to give us a plate/silverware etc. Overall: food 4/5. Atmosphere 4/5. Service 1/5

I specifically asked what cut of beef was used in their sizzling beef dish … waitress went to ask and came back to affirm it was fillet. What was served was not filler and was not edible. A member of my party ordered a sirloin steak medium rare to medium … it was grossly overdone and inedible. The crab soup was good and the sizzling chicken was good. They did not charge for the bad food… but my dinner was ruined.

The service is extremely low. Even after one hour, the starters were still not ready. Got our drinks after 30 mins. I do not recommend this restaurant specially if you have kids because the waiting time to get food is too much. Imagine if after one hour the starter is not ready how much time it would take to get the main dish. We finally left without having dinner and the staff did not even apologize for the delay. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant.

Don't judge by decor food is absolutely horrible Low Quality.Completely mistaken. Ordered vegetables cashew nuts got frozen peas and carrots was still rigid to eat. No meat is fresh either,for the price. Overpaid overspent for absolutely no quality food. Only decorations is good.

There were a birthday event where most of the restaurant space was used. There were around 4 tables for entering customers. I find it disrespectful to allow entering customers to dine in at the same moment of an event. The restaurant should have been fully given to them because it was so noisy inside that i did not enjoy anything, from the atmosphere to the food. I couldn't even communicate with other persons sitting at the table. And service was slow too which is understandable. Parking was full and we had to park in the premises of Super U. Inconsiderate owners..
