Sapristi Champlain - Québec

Stopped in Sapristi on rainy afternoon. Just what we needed. Great food service. Pizza crust is crisp yet chewy. Server was very helpful with decisions.

Best Italian pasta served here. Booking required. Long wait line otherwise. Small place but filled with people. The service is excellent. Very friendly environment. The food tasted equally good. All the pasta we ordered were excellent.

A perfect Italian restaurant and a great choice to have a meal in Champlain. The view is amazing form the place either the outdoor or the indoor areas. Place is clean and cheerful.. The staff is very responsive and friendly I've tried the seafood pasta and 2 salmons pasta and they were both perfect.

We were looking for a lunch place that had gluten-free offerings, and Sapristi fit the bill perfectly. We had a nice table outside and our server, Eolia, was absolutely fantastic. She went with our little French, checked with the kitchen for our gluten-free needs, and settled us down quickly with drinks and food for the kids. The duck penne was delicious, and we had no issues with the gluten-free pizza or creme brulee. Merci beaucoup!

We went here for a late dinner on a Thursday night. The food was absolutely incredible, and very reasonably priced. Our server was great and pointed us in the right direction when it came to the best pizza. They have a lot of menu options, and dozens of bottles of wine to choose from. We would highly recommend the spot for a great dinner, or lunch.
