Munzenberger Klause - Quedlinburg

Despite no reservation we were lucky to get an outside table. Our food was good, but not outstanding. E.g. The Pfifferlinge (chanterelles) sauce with my Schnitzel was short on taste. Very decent value 2 mains and 2 drinks for just 36 EUR! If you found my review helpful I would appreciate your vote.

They did ready their best to gave us a nice place although we did not book in advance. The people we friendly and helpfunctie, and the most important the food was perfect

I ordered the pork medallions with mushroom cheese (maybe too much cheese) and potato croquettes, possibly a 9-. Although a very cool presentation. It was typical heavy German food hard to get thru it all. My boyfriend ordered the pork medallions potatoes with what seemed like a pound of string beans that didn’t seem to go, unless you are a huge fan of string beans. A 7 at best. The wait staff was very friendly however their command of English and our command of German was equal. So not so good.. Very good value for your dollar, cash only, menu only in German and hard to translate even online as the words don’t even appear.

After storming out of another restaurant in town, we found this one on a quiet square. The waiter came promply, took our order for food and rink. The drinks were served soon. After that he came with a bowl of water for our dog. The food came rapidly and was very good. Simple and good!

Such a lovely restaurant. Very nice athmosphere, lovely cooked food with a nice twist and very nicely presented. We were disappointed by a lot of the Harz restaurants, but this place was exceptional. The staff was really attentive and did their best to find us a table, even though the place was so busy. They were very professional and very high standard. We enjoyed our meals and the desserts were amazing. Hope one day to visit again.
