The workers are very nice, and friendly. I made the mistake of my Matcha latte, they so very happy to to help me to change the new one. So nice and will be back

This restaurant recently underwent a redesign and has a decent parking lot located in front. The interior is long and narrow, but there's plenty of seating available. It’s a really nice spot overall. Everything I tried tasted fresh, and the coffee was served hot. In the pick-up area, a staff member called out orders as they were ready, which eliminated any uncertainty for customers. You could tell he genuinely cared. The place was also very clean. I really liked my experience here.

Sethin and his grandfather were wonderful and friendly individuals who made me feel welcome. They prepared a drink for me without any hassle. Their bright and positive attitudes really stood out. God bless them!

I've visited this Dunkin' Donuts a few times lately, and unfortunately, my orders have been incorrect. I always order a large (or another size) caramel latte with two Equal, and I specifically ask for it hot. However, I hear all the banging from the steam wand, then when I get back to my car, I find just a plain warm coffee—no caramel at all. As a coffee enthusiast (maybe too much so), I find this really disappointing. It should be such an easy fix! Come on, Dunkin', step up your game! Please!
