Wendy's - Queens

The food was ice cold and the soda was warm this is the second time this has happened with the store I'll never order from here again

They alway forgot sour cream and crackers on my order!

Every time I come here it's at least 30 min wasted of my time. The only reason why I come here is bc my mom is pregnant and this is the nearest Wendy's near us.. I don't understand why this line be on a stand still for like 15 min moves up one car and then 5 whole min another car and so on..no less than 5min on wait to move. then when you get to window they be at least 6 ppl there doing nothing! The front ain't open only the drive thru Come on we gotta do better!

Ordered through uber eats. didn’t even get my chicken nuggets that i ordered and frosty wasn’t filled to the top.

The absolute worst drive-thru line every time in here. Complete waste of time. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else.
