Bad experience this evening! I've been to this KFC several times before, I've never had a problem with the food but this was too much. My burger was stale (everything was cold and the cheese was hard and oily). At the first bite I told myself that I wasn't going to force myself to eat this. I ask for a change of burger, the waiter just heats it up. I ask again to change the burger because it is still so stale. There, it's the waiter's superior who takes care of it, very angry and I'm bothering her for that! Result I have another burger but it's just the bread that was heated, the cheese was not nor the bacon which was very, very cold. I go to the counter to ask if it's okay to serve burgers with unheated food to customers. The superior tells me that either it's a burger that has been there all day that I will have or a burger with cold food. I asked for a refund because I didn't pay €9 and some for something stale or cold. Would she have eaten her burger herself? I do not think so!

I won't be able to rate it but given the comments and the photos it deserves to be closed the worst tells you that you went to transmit the message to the team at what time did you do it nothing has changed and the meals are cold while there is no one waw

I was surprised during my experience with KFC in Dijon. Today I ordered 8 spicy chicken wings for lunch. First, the wings arrived cold, perhaps they had been prepared before ordering, as they arrived within 20 minutes. Additionally, the order arrived without napkins, and the price is definitely not cheap compared to the same meal at other local restaurants offering better quality. Also, when I washed my hands in the restroom, there was no hand dryer or towels. Bad experience, honestly. Because for me, good food equals a good mood.
