Dirty, noisy and an arrogant male restaurant manager works here. First visit was a charm but this second one is a NIGHTMARE. You get no assistance, yiu need to follow up your orders and they pick who they want to keep seated in their store. If you dress poorly, don't expect a good service. The only branch that made me feel unwanted. Total trash and waste of space!

Very poor service. I don't know how hard it is to prepare a tall, hot cappuccino compared to all the other fancier drinks the store offers. My companion's almost done eating her cake, and she still doesn't have her drink. Worst part is they kept lying! They told me it's still in queue (first follow-up, and we already got the cake and my fancier drink some minutes ago), being prepared (second follow-up, and i never saw any hot drink being prepared at that time). Then for my third follow-up, they checked the drink size with me! Why would you check it with me if it's already in queue or being prepared!? I didn't feel valued as a customer. Bakit ako kailangan lokohin ng harap-harapan? Didn't even receive any apology at all.

This branch is located at the GF of Park inn hotel beside SM North The Block. The place was packed when I visited. The vibe was different. Just when I thought I would be enjoying my coffee inside, I opted to stay at the tables outside the store. The reason was while waiting for my coffee, my eyes strayed on the brown wooden fixture designs on the ceiling. They looked as if they were never dusted since the pandemic started in 2020. Oblivious customers customers were chatting with the precarious dangling dust strings from the ceiling above them. A generous sprinkling of it on their coffee just a gust away. To my widening eyes it was also hanging near the food and coffee station where they prep everything for the customers to consume. When you get here be sure to look up. The wooden slats too at the entrance has been lost in memory for the person in charge with cleaning them. The sb branch in front of the grocery beside The French baker at the main building albeit smaller is the coziest and cleanest branch for me. The sb branch inside The Block gets too busy with people.

The star is for the Barista. But for Ian, service staff, the 1 star is removed. I asked him if I could have a chair for a solo table outside. No. I asked if he could request a chair from a couple who placed their bags on a chait there, NO action, he went to look from inside but didn't even return to me. I had to report this to Mr Barista. When Ian passed by and heard my report, no reaction at all. Store manager Lyka or Leeka, you may want to have a look at this incident 4:25pm. Not friendly to seniors.

Not child friendly. Strict to ordinance of not providing sealed cup with straw when dining in. Makes no excuse if a customer is with a child.
