Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. We found ourselves having to track down the carts to get any food. The same seemed to be true for the tables around us. I also observed that the servers, who were delivering food on the carts, didn't stop for non-Asian guests. They would rush right past us as if we weren't there, but made a point to serve the Asian guests. It was quite frustrating!
The worst experience ever! On Saturday, January 14, 2023, at noon, my family and our relatives dined at this restaurant. Unfortunately, for the past four days, we have been dealing with stomach issues and diarrhea, likely due to food poisoning. It seems that the chicken we had might be the culprit. Everyone in our group suffered from food poisoning! We've visited China Pearl several times before, and this is the first time this has happened. It's truly disappointing because the food there is usually very good.
After some persistence, I finally spoke with someone in management, who insisted I was lying about the quality of the food. They claimed that another party present that evening said the food was great. However, I informed her that the other party consisted of our friends, and they said they didn’t find the food good either. It was frustrating to deal with such dishonesty from the staff, and the management was unhelpful. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I highly advise against dining here! There's more to this story, but that's the gist of it. We are just really upset about how everything turned out.
Unfortunately we had such a horrendous take out order. Chicken fingers were greasy and not only fell apart but the chicken was also chewy. The pork fried rice tasted bland and and we couldn’t find any pork. General Guo was fine. The highlight of the order. The boneless spare ribs were plentiful but again, lacked any flavor. We will not be going back.
China Pearl in Chinatown Boston is renovated. So they're doing business with a Chinese pearl in Quincy. The place was very large very clean is slim amazing fresh food and friendly staff. We were very happy with our food. I suggest the sum in the morning between 9 and 2 I think. Chinese breakfast. 11 a.m. is a good time to go, bring the food around on small carts and then there is a steam table that opens with some of the more expensive items in smaller portions. If you order in the menu, the larger portions are more expensive. Great place best place for dim sum
