Pops Fish And Shrimp/holy Smokes Bbq

My friend and I had lunch at Gods Country Cafe today, and it was absolutely delicious! It's a one-man show and he did not disappoint. The owner was very friendly and kept the food coming, even offering car-side service. We were very impressed. The food was fantastic! We tried the Catfish, which was not fishy at all, and the Texas Cheesesteak, which was incredibly tender brisket and my favorite dish of the day. We also ordered a large shrimp dish with Fried Okra and Fries, which was also really delicious and generously sized. I highly recommend this restaurant, and the proceeds support an Autism foundation, so it was a satisfying meal for both the stomach and the heart.

I apologize for not having a picture, but this restaurant is truly incredible. The chef, Devon, is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the fish dish. Stop by for a warm welcome and a delicious meal.
