Bumpers Drive-in - Quitman

The food is great for the most part and the wait time varies but is usually 15 minutes or more when busy. The parking lot to get to this bumpers is a complete disaster although I don't think Bumpers or the nearby Pizza Hut own this parking lot and aren'trequired to maintain it. Great bag style burgers, chicken, and catfish or shrimp dinners but nothing over the top.

I got there at 7:50pm, went to 3 different stalls trying to order food, and never got any acknowledgement even after being noticed by employees. After I left at 8:10, I called and asked if the speakers were broken and was rudely informed that they nowclose at 8:00.

This is the best Philly steak I've had in a long time! The service was fantastic and the food was served quickly.

Our family has been enjoying Bumpers since I was young. Our love for it began in Prentiss, MS, and I'm happy to say that the fantastic food, friendly car hops, and delicious fried dill pickles are just as great as ever! The parking lot could use some repairs, but I'm not sure if that's the restaurant's responsibility or the city's. You won't be disappointed!

The car hop staff is made up of kids who often forget to bring what you ordered. I would also recommend avoiding ordering ice cream, as it tends to be a disappointment.
