I usually buy a large pizza for $9, but he charged me $13. This is the second time an error like this has happened, and it's frustrating.
The driver seemed confused, and my pizza arrived late and cold. I won't be ordering again anytime soon.
I had to send back three orders in a row during my last visit. Their medium pizzas are the size of smalls. This last time we ordered a work pizza, and I made sure to check it when it arrived. It was oddly stacked somewhere between a large and medium, with only about half a pound of toppings in the middle—I could barely see any cheese. I asked for a remake and waited, but while I was waiting, I overheard the staff making insulting comments, swearing, and showing a lack of concern for fixing my order. The whole situation was frustrating, especially since I used to work at Papa John's and would never serve or cut a pizza of such poor quality and expect customers to come back. It's really disappointing.
Let me begin by saying that I order from this place at least once or twice a week! I don't complain much about the cold eating I get because I'm just going to stroke it often! Today I have made and ordered and I called location to let them know I wanted my free pizza that I don't get on my last order with this order! john I guess to be the manager wanted to charge me extra for the free pizza. I had already paid in the past! then came into a wut when I let him know that I only pay for my previous order! I had already paid this free pizza. when I asked him for the full name. he said it was confidential social policy that he could not give me these information or a number of higher management or corporate office. this is not the first time that this problem with this same name john. hanging on a paying customer who speaks in a very quiet wise is not acceptable! I give this place hundreds of dollars on a monthly ground!
My kids and I were having game night, so I decided to order pizza. I ordered pizza at 7:30pm. At 9:30pm, we still didn't have our order. I called the store, nobody would answer. I called Papa John's customer service. They contacted the store, but could also not get a response. The CSR stated somebody would contact me withing 48 hours for a resolution, but didn't refund my money 55.00 for 3 pizzas). She also couldn't say whether I'd ever receive our order. After waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes, the store answered the phone. He said my pizza had been ready but they had no drivers....We finally received our order at 10:30pm, 3 HOURS after placing the order. I understand everywhere is understaffed, but a phone call would have been appropriate. Let ME decide if my kids can wait 3 HOURS for dinner or not. Let ME decide if I want cold pizza at 10:30pm for $55.00 after I've already had to feed my kids something else for dinner. This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I will never order from Papa John's again.
