Írjon visszajelzéstSlow service and I was the only one there. Employee was on the phone and chose the wrong bread and size multiple times. When I would repeat my bread or size she would correct it so I knew she wasn't taking an order. When she was putting veggies on she replaced a black bowl and it pinch my sub (Flatbread), and instead of lifting the bowl up she just tore it off leaving the rest of the bread under the bowl. Everything was tossed together horribly. I don't complain at all and I eat subway everyday, depending on what part of Raleigh or Cary I'm working in. This was my first time to this one and just a crappy experience.
Standard Subway, no bells or whistles. There is a private parking lot which is good but it is very small and the parking lines are drawn on weird. Be careful because you can get stuck in a parking spot from someone else blocking you. Inside the food area is clean but everywhere else seems old and dirty. The staff is kind but I wouldn't say friendly. They move at a slow pace but they make good subs.
This place is a RIP off. The owner is a liar. Subway sends out coupons and have on app. These guys just cause a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME and either dont accept or tell you they dont have that sandwich. But you can order it online from that location. Bunch of crooks. Stay away.
Thw only reason why it's 2 stars because of my experience this particular time. Other than that it'll be 5. The lady that worked this particular time did NOT read my order the way I put. Had to wait even longer for my food because she kept messing up. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows.
I frequent all the local subways, but like this one the most. Once a fast food chain place can get the order right consistently (which they do), it's tough to differentiate beyond that, but they manage to do that by being friendly, fast , and personable. Parking can be tough in that tiny lot during lunch, but worth it to maybe park nearby and walk up.
