King Kong 72nd - Ralston

Went through the drive thru, felt like I was being rushed the whole time, ordered 2 simple plates, both were absolutely STUFFED into 1 flimsy plastic bag, both to-go containers were leaking food and was obvious, pointed it out the person and they said oh it 's just some of the potatoes that 's normal like that was somehow supposed to make it alright, overpriced low quality rubbish...

I got a sirloin steak with fries, but I actually got meat and potatoes too. I'm thinking maybe they put mean and potatoes by mistake and left it and gave me fries, so I guess I got a bonus, as I do like the meat and potatoes as well...forgot to take photo of food just at the drivethru nex5 I go I will take a photo of the food..

Food was good but pricey. Guy through the speaker repeated my order back to me incorrectly, I corrected him, paid... it was a bit more expensive than I expected and looked at the receipt, he tried to charge me for 2 additional items that I did not ask for NOR did he repeat them back to me. I had not received my order yet so I told him about the error. The guy in the kitchen ARGUES with me about what I ordered, I told him that's not what I wanted and to remove them. He yells at me OVER the guy at the drive through back and forth until I get my actual order. Drive through guy was nice but the guy taking the orders/in the kitchen has some real anger issues. Who yells at customers like that? Absolutely horrible.

Little in the spendy side but your getting triple the food and the staff is nice. Food is yummy too. Great vibe

I was excited to try this place since I moved to Omaha in August. Finally got the chance to and it was great!! Tried the Gyro. Top Notch!! Huge portion of freshly carved meat right off the spit. Fries and Onion rings were excellent also. Nick was overaccommadating and gave us some rice to try also. It was delicious. Chocolate malt was superb!! Next time I'll try the philly. Recommend for sure!!
