Panera Bread - Ramsey

I ordered that barbeque chicken sub sandwich with cheese. It's all that can be called is a bunch of cheese on it with a few slices of onions on it. It was the worst sandwich made. I would expect a sub sandwich to have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions at least. Lastly, their kios machine was on the blink. It was operating in guest mode only and I couldn't get my subscriber drink free. Don't think this Panera Bread location has enough help to insure all is working and made properly.

Nicest Panera of North Jersey. Service is always friendly and spectacular, even like 7am in the morning. Orders are accurate and deliciously prepared. Can't compliment enough to everyone who works here. Amazing job

Environment and area is mostly racist and biased manager and customers at this location. Avoid if you are not considered rich looking or if you are dark skinned, you will be treated like a criminal.

They ALWAYS run out of dark roast coffee. Have a pot ready in the back for morning customers so we don't have to wait. I can understand if it was at 4:00 pm, but not at 9:30 am.
