Hesburger - Ramuciai

I visited this restaurant last Sunday for lunch in February. I waited at the drive-through speaker for more than ten minutes, complete silence. I thought it was broken, as there were no cars in front of me anymore. I parked and went inside to order food. Their own sign showed that from placing an order to picking up at the drive-through takes only minutes! One employee was taking and giving orders at the counter and window. I could see the kitchen. Customers were inside and cars were outside. Rude employee, asking personal questions. Poor service culture. I will never come back here and will advise friends and family not to go there.

The best fast food burgers at a low price, with the additional promotion of offering coffee for a few cents if you show a Neste gas bill.

It shows that it is open until 22:00h, and when you arrive at the place it says that it is open until 20:00
