Bagel Cafe Rancho Cordova Town Center

I frequent this restaurant often and usually have no issues, aside from occasionally missing a requested item which is quickly resolved. However, today my service was dreadful. The food was delicious as always, but the service was extremely poor. I encountered an unfriendly attitude from everyone I interacted with, which is disappointing because I do enjoy dining here.

I visited this restaurant on a weekday for lunch in April 2024. It wasn't too busy. I ordered the Egg, Sausage, and Cheese on a Jalapeno Cheddar bagel for a little over $7. The sausage patty was small, but the sandwich had a generous amount of egg. The melted cheese helped meld all the flavors together, and the toasted bagel was both fluffy and slightly crispy. The atmosphere was average, with the bathroom needing some attention. They could improve on cleaning the tables after customers leave. The furniture had a homey feel, reminiscent of something from your grandma's house. Overall, the price was fair, but the sandwich was just alright. If I was in the mood for an affordable bagel sandwich, I might return. However, it's not a place I would frequent often. I rate it 3 out of 5 stars.
