Presentation left a lot to be desired plus the sugar cookie I thought was supposed to have an animal circus cookie on top, and idk whats going on with these 2, are they melting??

I got the 4 pack of lrg gourmet cookies delivered and they were awesome! Each cookie is big enough to cut into quarters. The pink sugar cookie is my favorite
