Starbucks - Rancho Cordova

Found a rats tail in my drink, staff was very rude and careless abt it, starbucks is mad expensive, what more do i have to say ?

I'm sure you already know Starbucks is known for the best commercial coffee out there. But you're looking for a review of this specific location. And I gotta say.. it's a pretty decent spot, especially after their last remodel.Now, I don't think it's their best ever location, but it's pretty good. It's got a 5 easy in out style interior. But I've seen many Starbucks locations that look much better than this location. Like the Starbucks in the Gold River area. That Starbucks in that area is much more of a vibe that I'd go for. But if you want a small, simple modern area to get some work done on your laptop or with your paperwork, then this Rancho location will suffice.Parking: About a 40-car parking lot right in front of this Starbucks location

Lexi was great! I really appreciated her service and how helpful she was when I wasn’t sure what to get. I’ve gotten mixed service when it comes to Safeway Starbucks, but I’m glad I took a chance on this one!! Thanks for making it worthwhile, Lexi!

Selena was great! So friendly, quick and overall such a kind person. 10/10 experience this morning with such a short conversation while the coffee and food were ready! Sometimes that’s all it takes it can really change someone’s day. Thank you!

The service at this Starbucks is very good. I don't know if it is the fact that it's in the Marriott, but it just seems like the service is much more exceptional then it is it any other Starbucks. Not only are they friendly, but they really go above and beyond to make sure your drink is made correctly. Any mistake is quickly dealt with and there isn't any hassle in getting a new one made. and they don't take back the drink they made wrong! Which is a really bad sanitation issue all together) Anyways, keep up the good work marriott Starbucks !
