Cold Stone Creamery - Rancho Cucagmonga

Went to coldstone with my grandmother and was waiting to be attended and was completely overlooked by Nick. As soon as a girl that seemed to be his friend walked in he immediately acknowledged her and her family but continued to fail to acknowledge us. Stood there until someone else noticed what he did. So rude and not sure if was a race thing but Nick should not be working here if can’t seem to treat people equally.

For the most part I have only dealt with the manager, whose name I never got, and I know times are tough but she has been rude from the start each time across a few interactions. This last interaction was when I felt the need to inform the surrounding community about this behavior. I applied simply because I had the time and I wanted to work, cold stone obviously is one of many options, but upon asking about my application and potential interview I was swiftly cut off. I was then told that ‘if I want to interview somebody, I will call them.’ That was all I needed to cross this job posting off my list and decide to not return which I’m sure they’ll be happy about because the manager obviously doesn’t want work to come to their business. While the other workers are friendly, please be wary if you know your kids, siblings, or any family members of yours are looking for work and applied to this location. Perhaps she felt more comfortable being rude over the phone during a busy time, but nonetheless hopefully you all are aware and stay safe when dealing with this store, and that the person I’ve interacted with has a good day soon because it seems like she has not had one in a while.

I'm only giving this a two star because of the manager I saw yesterday. It was December 1st around 1:15 pm when I came in to get ice cream. There was only one employee working with his manager, the employee was very kind, absolutely adored him, but the manager had no sense of urgency.This employee was the only one working and the line started getting huge. That's a lot of work for one person who has to chop up the ice cream and get the orders right. He asked his manager to come out for help, but she seemed reluctant. Seeing a huge line in the creamery didn't bother her. She seemed focused on helping out at the register than the orders. The employee kept having to tell her that were people and he needed help. I'm sorry she just seemed bothered and didn't have much urgency.

Awesome, friendly, service from Tatum and staff! Just too bad this location doesn't know the cold stone songs for tips.Thank you again!

I asked for a Waffle bowl and it was extremely hard and stale. I had to end up throwing the whole thing away after one bite that tasted horrible.
