Mcdonald's - Rancho Cucagmonga

What the heck is going on at this MDonalds? No utensils, staff that throw food at you and orders not being filled more than the usual mistakes. I witnessed several people leave due to girl at counter saying they are out of almost everything. Where's themanager? Why isn't the staff being helped or overseen? It took over 25 minutes to get my order right after I kept showing themmy two orders.

The food and people are very nice and accommodating here. The biggest issue is the wait. They're always busy here. When I mobile order they say it will take 5 minutes but definitely anticipate being there 10 to 15 minutes.

The overnight staff is absolutely horrendous. Some of the worst attitudes. They 're rude, will have you wait at the drive thru ordering speaker for 15 minutes without saying anything. I Finally said hello . Greeted with hold on in a very rude tone. Itwas a chubby Asian lady. Food was incorrect and an old smashed just wrong and not what I ordered. Entire staff needs to befired. Clean house.

I ordered in advance with the McDonald's app and let them know o the app when I arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes I went inside to see where my order was. They had just gotten it ready. I'm not sure why it was taking so long the restaurant wasn'tbusy. Last time it seemed they were busier but much faster at getting orders out.

Less than 1 star. i ordered 4 ice cream sundaes for my kids , the order came out to $18.08 and only two of my sundaes were delivered. when i called mc donalds and spoke to the manager they were extremely rude and unhelpful, my order was placed on aug.15 , its aug 22 and this problem is still left un resolved , they refused to return my money ALSO they refused to deliver theother two missing sundaes. so 2 of my kids had ice cream and 2 did not, good thing i didnt raise selfish kids so they shared but$18.08 for two ice creams that toltal about $2 and change each is a bit ridiculous, not to mention the rude unhelpful service, istill plan on contacting coperate , i will NEVER buy from this mc donalds again it was the worst service ive ever had. you guysreally need employees w better customer service skills and work ethic...you probably lose customers daily smh. 0 star review forsure!!
