Kyoto Poke And Ramen

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ramen was absolutely delicious! We tried the house special ramen and the spicy mixed ramen. The noodles were some of the best I've ever had, and the spicy broth had just the right amount of heat!

I believe the restaurant is named Know Kyoto, and the food was excellent. The soft shell crab was exceptional, and the poke bowl was sizable and absolutely delicious!

It's great to have a ramen spot in Rancho Santa Margarita. The menu offers a nice variety of traditional options. I tried the Chicken and Champon Ramen, but I was a bit disappointed. The broth didn’t have the depth of flavor that I’ve experienced at other places. However, they do offer a range of other Japanese dishes, making it a worthwhile place to visit. I’m willing to give them another shot, as I really enjoy ramen, having sampled it both in Japan and at other restaurants. The location is conveniently situated in the center of RSM, and there is plenty of parking available.
