I ordered an item last week, but have not received any order confirmation and the phone number on the page does not work. Pretty professional? I have also tried to write to their email, but nothing happens either. Would be nice to know if the item will be shipped or if I have to find another place to shop.

I have had the exact same experience as some of the others. Money has been withdrawn from my account, without any kind of order confirmation or anything else. So we are talking over DKK 1000. Can't get in touch with the company either by phone (the one number that works) or their email. I have no idea if the goods are on their way or not, but that stunt of withdrawing money from people's accounts without sending the goods is deeply illegal! A police report must be the next step towards justice.

I ordered the item on 09.06.2017. and have I received my item now and when I call there is an answering machine and they call me back and I have paid for the item, do you know someone who is also waiting for something, at least pick up the phone error with 2 stars 1 is appropriate

Was in the store today at That is, I came to a closed shop, waiting a little Calls no on the website and no does not answer It's just gotten so bad that you open up to desire and pleasure. You don't care about us (your customers) Maybe it's because you're the only store in Randers. I will not come to you again. In Aarhus I know there is open time and really good service.
