Waffle House - Randleman

Worst waffle house ever. Workers were arguing back and forth to one another. The waitress took my plate back because it was missing something, the phone rings she stops with my plate in her hand to answer it. She hollared in the back to the manager on shift and told it was for him. By the time i got the plate back it was cold and I refused to eat cold eggs. I had to pay for both meals and I did. The cook didn't want to work neither did the rest accept 1 lady that was very polite. She tried to apologize and I told her thanks but it wasn't her place to. That the manager that should have handled the arguing in front of the customers himself. He was just as much at fault as the workers were because it's his responsibly to handle it. They had the jukebox turned up so loud you thought you were in a nightclub. They didn't have any problem with getting out on the side walk to sit down to smoke and play with there cell phones. We never was asked if we needed anything. I will be reporting the store first thing Monday morning!

We were given no menus, waited 20 minutes to see if waitress would come to us. No refills on drinks, didn't bring my toast, tried to charge me for the toast. Worse service ever. Will not return. Waitress didn't care either.
