Shooters Wood Fire Grill - Rapid City

Our server, Kaysie, was amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. The food was excellent. Our 11-year-old loved their steak and homemade ranch for their fries. Our 14-year-old also enjoyed their meal. My fish was perfectly cooked. They even brought out a special dessert and thanked my husband by name with a note. Thank you, Matt and the rest of the staff! It was a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic lunch break at this restaurant. It wasn't too busy, the atmosphere was cool, and the service was great. The food was amazing. The creamy artichoke dip was delicious and we especially enjoyed the fried pita points. I ordered the bourbon bacon cheddar burger and it was the best burger I've ever had. It's indescribable. My partner got the burn out burger and loved it as well. Our son got the cheese quesadilla with orange slices and ate every bite. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

My children and I love having pancakes every Sunday. We were excited to try the breakfast at Shooters for the first time, but were disappointed to find that they were out of pancakes. The ones we eventually tried tasted like birthday cake and the new ones were not good.

Checked the website to see when they closed. Said it closed at 9pm. I always check to see what time any business closes so I don’t arrive 5 minutes before closing out of consideration for the staff. I got there at 8:07 and there was a sign on the hostess stand saying the kitchen closed at 8. Honestly that’s seriously rude. Just close at 8 if you want to be out by 9 and change your hours on the website. Wasting people’s time is just not cool.
