You're really there... I had her steak sandwich, and the fish sandwich my wife had was both TOP NOTCH... and the Brews we're perfect... the pub is clean, friendly little town... You can't beat this... Moose employees are the bomb!

Place is like a time machine. Brings you back to when people cared for one another. The bar is old and cozy and the food is amazing. The staff is great. One of my favorite bars to grab a bite to eat and a drink

My wife and I and our friends stopped at the Half Way House Tavern for a bite to eat. What a great friendly pub. The owners name is Moose and he is a 5th generation owner. Friendly vibe from Moose and the young lady, I am sorry I don 't remember her name. She was pretty and helped make our dinner such a wonderful experience. I had the Philadelphia burger, and fries and it was awesome. One of our party had a deep fried cheese sandwich and loved it. I would live to be here when its busy. I would think it could be a fun experience.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my parents and had an amazing grilled chicken salad (I forgot to take a picture, but it was quite large)! At first glance, it seems like just a small bar, but they actually offer a great menu. My father ordered a steak and blue cheese sandwich, which he said was delicious as well. Interestingly, the owner is also the mayor! There were a few people at the bar, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. You can grab some menus from the wall near the bar and serve yourself.
