Írjon visszajelzéstMy fiance and I love this Dunkin location. She's there daily and I'm there once or twice a week. Great staff and they get our orders right every time.
I went to the Dunkin? Donuts on State Hill Road today Tuesday, July 5, 2022 with my daughter to get a quick iced coffee and a sandwich and hashbrowns? They clearly had someone knew there because she repeated my order two or three times she could not hearme say that I wanted one order of hashbrowns which are six pieces she kept repeating me and saying that I wanted six orders ofhashbrowns? I politely said no and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I ordered a sandwich and then she repeatedthat and then when she asked me if I wanted anything else I said I would like to order a medium iced coffee when you can? I waspolite? It was clear I was speaking to someone that did not understand English very well, either that or could not find thebuttons on the register? as soon as I told her let me know when you are ready? Another girl took over the intercom and rudelysaid ?we are so short staffed right now? Please don?t give us an attitude? well with her remark she was giving me, the customeran attitude? And I don?t appreciate it so I said never mind never mind I don?t want anything and I drove away? Her attituderuined me ordering anything from there I used to really like that place I will never go back? Your service was extremely POORTODAY ? And if you?re shortstaffed then either don?t put somebody on the register that doesn?t know what they?re doing yet) meaning they clearly need more training? or make sure that someone is knowledgeable at that time of day, when you are busy andknow you are going to have lines of cars wanting placing orders . I am really angry right now so I am posting this review. Istill cannot believe that an an employee actually told me, a customer to not get an attitude? There?s other ways of sayingthings like please be patient with us or I apologize for the confusion? Anything? But absolutely not ?don?t be giving us anattitude?!!!
I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. Every time I go through the drive-thru, one of the employees responds in a grumpy way. They messed up my order and didn’t answer the phone, so I had to wait until the next day to address it. Unfortunately, they didn’t honor the mistake because I didn’t have a receipt. Maybe next time, they should reconsider asking customers if they want their receipt if they’re going to forget items.
I was the second car in the drive-thru, and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order. My drink was incorrect, and I didn't get a straw or a bag for my sandwich. She nearly forgot to take my payment and never informed me that they only had decaf coffee available. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin'.
Today was the last straw when they only handed me my drink and forgot my food. When I politely pointed this out, the employee rolled her eyes, practically tossed the bag at me, and had an attitude. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she might be having a tough day, but the situation worsened when I realized one of my food items was missing. I understand that mistakes can happen and everyone has their off days, but this has happened to me more than ten times now, and it’s just too much. Additionally, I have never been reimbursed for the missing items. I love the Dunkin' brand, but this specific store has been a huge disappointment. If you’re looking for a good Dunkin', I recommend the one on Lancaster Pike instead.
