La Casa Del Chimi - Reading

Service sucks!! Prices are outrageous if you don't go in they will rip you off.

Every time I go into Casa de la Chimi,they have really good food. However, they have no professionalism, and no manners. If you’re not Hispanic, they can care less about you. Waited approximately 15 minutes in line maybe 20 minutes and, by the time it was my turn, she was trying to take somebody that just happened to walk in front of me. When I corrected the employee, she had an attitude like I was lying to her. No one speaks English. It’s just ridiculous. Unfortunately, after years of going to them, it just came to a point in time that the bed is outweighing good. I really wish that they were some better customer service skills.

Went for some late night cravings after drinking and having fun with the family. Everyone got the same thing which was Chimi de Res. Which is a Dominican sandwich with the choice of meat as ground beef. They were sooooooooo good everyone devoured theirs. We also got some morir soñando and jugo de cereza which were also really good

Food is not bad service is ok barely any space to eat maybe 5 tables at this place people usually have take out if you like Spanish food good place to go I always come for the soup Parking: Parking on the street just make sure you park legally to avoid a ticket

The line being long made me want to stop and see what the hype was about. The worst part is that the employees claimed not to speak English, which made my aunt in front of me upset. I watched her try to explain her order to the worker who had gotten frustrated because she didn't understand my aunt's order. I placed my order through google Translate so it would be easier for her to understand. Personally, food to me was over seasoned, which made it a but salty for me. My tia loved it!
