If you ever stay at the Hilton just come here for the real Breakfast/ Lunch. Let the hotel give you a banana, water and muffin for free and walk 3 blocks to get a MiniMess (see menu) and a good cup of coffee... You will not be disappointed.

You know why I'm here, for the delicious mess! It's so good! Every time my family is in town, they want a mess. It's so delicious, the perfect blend of eggs, cheese, and potatoes. Be aware that it's a hot mess in terms of being busy and crowded, but don't let that sway you. It's worth it.

Always love this place. A place with great food and prices if you're not looking for a fancy place to eat. A family tradition for generations. Try the Marvel Mess.... potatoes onion eggs cheese etc. made to order the way you like it. One of the few places that serve my favorite, grits.

The food is very good there but the service was bad there is this old lady at the register that took our order for takeout and so we sat down on one of the tables to wait so one of the sandwiche makers came over and asked if we would like coffee as we wait so we said yes thinking this place is very nice giving complimentary coffee but the old lady from the register asked us if we paid for it and we said he offered it to us we didn't ask for it and old lady said because your sitting in one of the tables he thought we were eating in so the old lady talked to guy that gave us the coffee not to ever do that again as if they don't make a lot of money in that place, so not to get the guy in trouble we paid for the coffee but the point is you can't expect someone to stand for 20 to 25 minutes waiting on their food. And they really need to clean the ceiling fans in their the dust on them is thick .
