Dunkin' - Red Bank

The service in the mornings is usually quite fast. Occasionally, it can take a bit longer when there are only two staff members on duty, but that's understandable. My only complaint is that the bagels are sometimes only toasted lightly, which means I miss out on that satisfying crunch I crave from a properly toasted bagel.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Two of the young staff members were incredibly rude. As a business owner myself, I would definitely want to know if my employees were acting like this. When I asked one of the young men for his name, there was an awkward pause as if he couldn't come up with one, and then he finally said it was Daniel and laughed. I asked if there was a manager available to talk to, and I was told that Daniel was the manager. I was taken aback and asked him, "You're the manager?" He replied, "Bro, do I look like a manager?" I pointed out that he seemed indifferent about his job, and he nonchalantly said he didn’t care because he was quitting soon anyway. The other young man found this really funny. Overall, it was a terrible experience; these two 16-year-olds probably shouldn’t be working together without adult supervision.

When I walked in, the staff completely ignored me for five minutes, and I was the only customer there. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment—no "Hello, I’ll be right with you" or explanation about being busy. I made sure I was in plain sight, yet it felt like the person in charge of greeting customers was silently conveying, "Get out and take your unwelcome money with you, and don't come back!" So, I did leave, and I have no intention of returning. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such disdain at this location. I suppose I should thank them for the unexpected motivation to eat healthier.

I truly enjoy donuts, and Dunkin' has a fantastic selection of both donuts and munchkins. The prices are quite reasonable, making it a budget-friendly choice. Their coffee, including macchiatos and lattes, is outstanding. The store also has seating, allowing you to savor your donuts in comfort. Plus, there's a fridge filled with regular beverages like Gatorade and water for added convenience.

I absolutely adore this place! The drinks are always fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly during every visit. I truly appreciate the consistently high quality of service!
