The Melting Pot - Red Bank

My man and I were there for the first time to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. our server chris was probably the best server I ever had in my life, he was attentive and funny, definitiw a advantage for the melting pot! he even brought out a sweet little place, the happy anniversary in chocolate said what was very thoughtful. the food was absolutely delicious, we got the banana care fondue and it was better than I could even imagine. we will definitely come back!

Federico made our cheese experience wonderful. We always get the Quattro Formagio and he made it the very best we?ve ever had it. Can?t wait to come back! Generally we always have positive experiences at the Red Bank location. It?s our favorite place to go for a nice night out. Thank you Red Bank Melting Pot!

Took family out for moms birthday. Was entertaining and fun. While service was great and everyone had a nice time, you have to work for your meal. Little much for the price. Next time we will stick to cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue for dessert. Maybe two chocolate fondues we are a desert first type of family

My husband and I just went here last night and it was a great experience! Josie was a great waitress and she was training John who was also super amazing, Josie is definitely training him well. Very helpful and on point! Food was amazing, service was amazing and the experience and environment was also amazing! glad we found a new spot to eat! Not disappointed at all! I forgot my chocolate covered strawberries that you get free when you sign up for emails and Josie gave me a call to cole back and get them! Thank you!!! Price was also not bad overall. Thanks for great service Josie and John!

I took my wife here for our two-year anniversary. The server was only on her third day, but overall the service was excellent. The kitchen gave her a bunch of curveballs and she handled they all with ease. If only the food were as great as the service. First, we ordered a charcuterie board with our first course, unfortunately it wasn?t sent out to our table until after we finished our cheese fondue. Then, the kitchen sent out the wrong salad to my wife. Not a big deal, but it took a long time for the correct salad to come out, pretty much on top of the entrees. The entrees were excellent, the times our server suggested were right on point. The only other issue we had was that we ordered the upgraded dessert tray with the macarons, crème puffs and cheesecake. However, the entire tray was frozen, so we weren?t able to enjoy them at the restaurant. Overall the experience was mediocre at best. I hear good things about Melting Pot, but in my two experiences at this specific restaurant, I haven?t been impressed. Maybe another location could do better.
