Edo Japan Fast Food - Red Deer

I was at the Bower place mall shopping with my son and decided to get some lunch around one o'clock. Edo seemed to be a healthy enough choice and although I hadn't been at a mall for some time, I recalled the line ups at this franchise on other occasions and locations. I had enjoyed previous meals from them. I ordered the noodle bowl with shrimp and chicken. The noodles and shrimp were to par however the chicken was overcooked and dry while the veggies were not fresh at all. While I realize this is just a mall meal, I was disappointed at the lack of quality ingredients compared to previous times.

Was shopping so stopped here to eat in the mall. It was quick and food was good. The price was a little high for what you got, but it was at the mall and was busy. I would eat here again

Bright and clean location, on the west side of gasoline alley in red deer. Food was super fresh and piping hot.

Stopped here twice on way to Calgary. Decent bentos.

I came in to try their BENTO BOX I ordered the spring rolls for the side and additional ones I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with rice.
