Pho Thuy Duong - Red Deer

I order the pho soup or salad rolls without the peanut sauce. It's a bit hard with the language barrier, but I haven't gotten sick yet and it's so delicious.

Many menu items can be made gluten-free.(sometimes the sauce is missing if the gluten-free substitutes are not present) Never had a problem with contamination. The pho beef satay soup is amazing!

They said an employee was celiac and they recommended a few options. I loved it and had no problems

The staff was knowledgeable about serving guests with gluten restrictions, and the have plenty of tasty gluten free options.

Pho is pretty good, I like the broth for the rabbit bo hue but prefer the noodles the thick Vermicelli instead of the Pho rice noodles they use. Salad rolls were a bit hard on the outside as it was prefabricated so that do not taste fresh. The juniper and Calamari are delicious, but the fried rice did not meet the place. Service was good and clean restaurant. The price is very reasonable.
