Papa's Best Batch - RED HOOK

I was amazed by how delicious the food from BBQ on Wheels was. The brisket was fantastic, and the corn pudding was unique and flavorful. It was just the right amount of sweetness. The Asian mother-in-law dish was also delicious, with sweet berries in the mix. The Russian dressing seemed truly authentic, with no ketchup or mayo added. Overall, a great dining experience.

I always recommend this place as the first stop for any visitors. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and there is a beautiful local market nearby. Plus, they serve goat dishes! It's the perfect introduction to Red Hook and Tivoli.

The food was served quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend trying the brisket and deviled eggs - they were both delicacies.

Excellent sliders of the salmon is really delicious. also highly recommend the maispudding.

We got the Asian five spice brisket sliders and the brisket meal. The highlight was the grits side- would definitely go back just for that.
