Missing food. Guy on the phone sounded like he just been smoking loud, wouldn’t pattern the issue. It won’t let me rate half a star.

I do not recommend this restaurant. My order was mixed up multiple times, with the same mistakes happening each time. The customer service was shocking. I have been a loyal customer for years, even when a direct competitor moved in nearby, but I will not be returning. The food is decent, although not as good as it used to be, but the terrible experience has convinced me to never eat here again.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately my order was incorrect. The menu was not clear and needed proofreading before being sent out to customers. I ordered a mix of burgers, but instead received burger patties all stacked on one bun. The confusion could have been avoided by clearly labeling the burgers as stacked or triple layered. The price was also higher than expected for just one burger. When I brought up the issue to the staff and manager, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful, even hanging up on me mid-conversation. This lack of customer service skills is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the business. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, so order at your own risk.

This restaurant serves the best peri peri chicken in the area. The staff is friendly and the chicken is of good quality. The sauces and spices are authentic. It is much better than Nandos and only costs half the price!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered a handful of times and every time the order is wrong. When you ring to complain, they don’t give you a straight answer or aren’t sympathetic to the wait you have to go through. The meal took an hour and...half to get to me and when you ring to speak to someone you’re left on hold for minutes!! Avoid at all costs.
