The staff was pleasant, but the coffee wasn't hot enough—not just mine, but seven other people in our group said the same. I've noticed this in many coffee shops; they really need to offer an "extra hot" option.
The staff is always friendly and ready to assist in finding what you need. However, during the really busy weekends I've visited, it tends to feel a bit cold and drafty.
Nice store and staff! Don't use air pump! Error code keeps coming up and drops your pressure each try!
