The staff is great and friendly. And if you want to eat here, make sure you come early or prepare to wait. But the food is good and make sure to get hungry because the portions are big. Besides, the coffee cake is really good. Overall, no complaints with this restaurant plus it?s nice you can eat either inside or outside. Besides, the chicken fried steak was really good that I eat. I had to take some leftovers home so I could eat it another morning.

This place gets crowded quickly! I highly recommend joining their Yelp waitlist in advance. I ordered the biscuits Benedict, and the poached eggs were fantastic. The biscuits were light and fluffy, but the real standout for me was the sausage patties! They had a nice kick, spicier than your typical breakfast sausage, which I loved! The portion was too big for me to finish in one sitting. My husband ordered the California scrambler, which is supposed to include three eggs, but it looked quite small when it arrived. Your experience may vary, but it didn’t seem like a lot of food when we visited. Overall, it’s definitely worth a try! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention— the coffee cake is delicious! I kind of wish I had ordered one for myself instead of sharing, haha!

Loved this place. I decided to go here on Presidents Day, and let me tell you it was packed. Thankfully since I went by myself I got a seat at the bar in about 10 minutes. I ordered a coffee and eggs Benedict. The coffee was delicious and the staff were on their toes about refilling your coffee without having to ask them to come over, so that level of attentiveness was great. Eggs Benedict came out and let me say it was delicious. The potatoes were not undercooked, they were properly seasoned and included peppers and onions. I left stuffed and I can certainly see why it was so packed when I got there, I'll be back!

The Chorizo and Egg Scrambler was a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor, but considering the price included a side and the coffee cake, it was still worth it. The famous coffee cake was delicious and quite large. The Cinnamon Roll French Toast was also tasty. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Overall, we had a great experience!

4.5 STARS! We've eaten today for the first time at Carolyn's Cafe. I ordered the convicted cattle **** and my husband ordered the chilaquiles. My husband had her coffee. The conjured hash was good, but I felt that the potatoes were too big and therefore were not crispy. They had a softer and muddy consistency that is not my preference in a hash. But the taste was great! The salsa he came with was delicious! My husband suffered the chilaquiles! Tortilla chips were crispy although they had salsa on them, the overmedium egg was perfectly boiled above medium! Both Salsas were DELICIOUS! That means that we are Hispanic and LOVE homemade Salsas! Your coffee wasn't good.. very weak and didn't even have the coffee smell of any coffee lover LOVES! That was disappointing that we also had their coffee cake and it was by far the best coffee cake we had 've EVER HAD! Moist, fluffy, tasteful and a large part with a doll butter on the top, which gave him the additional touch of perfection! With a great coffee, it would have been a 5/5! But unfortunately it wasn't. The service was great. Water and coffee cups were always full!
