Papa Johns Pizza - Redlands

There is a reason this place has 3 stars and now I know why! After speaking with the manager, and apparently district manager at this location, we could not reach a resolution for my horrible experience. First, I ordered a stuffed garlic crust pizza with extra cheese. I ordered for carry out thinking I would just come in and grab it for dinner since I received an email that it was ready. Apparently, with only 2 workers you have to wait 25 more minutes since they have to catch up with other others before giving you your food while it is dying under the heat lamps! Such horrible customer service and the food quality is even worse. I got home and discovered no garlic stuff crust with extra cheese, it was regular crust! Also, they refused to give me my money back so I will not be coming here again. Guess I will have to let corporate deal with this. Do yourself a favor and skip this location!
