I believe it was just my dish that had an issue. We also shared a cup of clam chowder, which was amazing—I hadn’t had chowder in ages, and it was delightful. Our other appetizer, scallop sashimi, was excellent as well; the scallops were incredibly tasty. Ultimately, the highlight of our dining experience was the stunning sunset view. As the sun dipped below the ocean horizon, the scenery from our table was breathtaking. Additionally, parking is complimentary, which is a nice bonus.
We celebrated my mother's birthday with lunch today, and we had a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional. John was fantastic—very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. The food was served hot, fresh, and promptly. The portion sizes were just right, and everyone was pleased with their choices. We truly appreciated the effort made to ensure that my mother and her friends enjoyed their meal and time at the Bluewater Grill!
The food was enjoyable, though I found it a bit pricey for a chain restaurant. The service was somewhat slow, but the waiter was friendly and had a good sense of humor, even if we didn’t see him very frequently. I would definitely return for another special occasion.
This is our new favorite place! The food is sooooo good. All right. The service is friendly and attentive. You have chickens under a brick to die. And the bread they give you before the meal is crispy and tasty. Now I'm going to be hungry to just talk about it....love that's on the water with beautiful views of the boats.
Beautiful restaurant located on the marina in Redondo Beach! There was a wait 30-45 minutes, we were told(expected at dinnertime on Saturday night almost anywhere). It was actually 20. John, our server, was phenomenal! Very friendly, personable and funny. Kept things flowing. Clam chowder was good. I ordered blackened pepper snapper. NOT the red snapper I am used to on the East Coast. This was a rockfish, but it was good. Didn't care for the scalloped potatoes. The others seemed to enjoy their meals. Overall, I would recommend it.
