Mcdonald's - Redwood City

My girlfriend used to work at this restaurant about a year ago but quit due to being harassed by the manager Victor. Recently, a family member joined me to observe the situation and felt fearful of retaliation. I caution against bringing minors to this establishment.

After a massive grease fire a few months ago, this McDonald's location was completely destroyed. It was a disaster waiting to happen, with equipment that was not properly maintained and putting people's lives at risk.

I was there recently and really enjoyed their fries, but I personally think I can find better value for my money at Jack's with larger portion sizes. Sorry, Ronnie.

The young girl who was working July 11th at 7 o?clock at the drive-thru was rude as hell and needs to work on their customer service skills. They were incapable of understanding that I wanted a plain burger, not a Big Mac, and when told that repeatedlyshe proceeded to misinterpret a clear order. She then told us, verbatim, ?Can you give me an answer? We need to cook the food?in the most snarky tone I have ever heard. Forgot the ranch we had paid extra for too. A poor experience overall.
