Your prices are on the higher side, but the service does not match. My brother also had a disappointing experience; the owner tossed his pizza onto the counter and threw his change down without saying a word. If that had happened to me, I would have asked for a refund. If I receive cold food again, I won't be returning to your restaurant.
This was my first and last time dining at this restaurant. I ordered two subs: a chicken club and a French dip. The beef in the French dip looked like it came from a packaged product and was so dry from being heated open-faced in the oven. There was no cheese or any toppings to enhance it. Honestly, it was probably the worst French dip I've ever had.
The day after my mobile home burned down, I went to Reed City Pompeii's for lunch to meet with the Red Cross. When the staff learned about my situation, they generously refused to let me pay for my munchkin pizza and even gave me a gift certificate! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Reed City Pompeii's for their kindness. They've always been incredibly welcoming, and their food is excellent! Thank you!
I known this place since it first opened. I seen many faces of employees come and go The prices are average compared to other pizza places and their food's good. I love their crust and sauce. They were polite and provide decent service. They do their best with limited employees. In my observation, the place needs to be remodeled/upgraded.
