Osteria Siciliana - Regensburg

Good pizza, very good garlic pizza balls. I had a quattro formaggi pizza. It’s unfortunately not “napoletana style” but still delicious and I would overall recommend the restaurant.

My husband and I have visited twice so far and have had great experiences both times! The pasta and pizza were delicious and the servers were very nice. I do wish however, that they had a meat and cheese platter of some sort on their...menu. Other than that, great place!

The antipasti was fine, but the minestrone was more than awful!!! At first I found a hair in the soup, second chance- and they loosed totaly, I´ve got a salty one.....

Very dissapointed as a first time customer by the incompetent con artist waitress employed at your establishment. Ambience and food was good but due to the very pushy and arrogant waitress I won't visit again. Pity actually.

My partner and i decided to try out this restaurant for the first time since it's new opening. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience apon my arrival. stars for ambience. I ordered some seafood pizza and my partner the lasagne. We tried each...other's food and we were satisfied with the great flavours and perfect seasoning, lasagne portion was to shallow in the dish, couldve filled the dish more but nonetheless tasty. stars for the food. Waitress was rather unprofessional and had no idea about different wines and recommended that I try their shiraz which by the way wasn't in the menu), it did taste exceptionally good. I asked to see a bottle of the shiraz wine I was drinking, she brought an bottle of wine I looked up the price of the wine online when i returned home) for and then I obviously said that's a ridiculous price for that bottle of wine, I was also hesitant to buy it as it didn't say shiraz anywhere of the bottle and looked like a cheap bottle of wine, eventually she sold it to me for which was way too much for the wine which sells at in the store. I realised I been screwed over by the con artist waitress that sold me the wrong wine which I realised apon tasting it when I got home. I trusted the waitress was competent enough about which wine was which and she insisted that the cheap bottle of wine was the lovely shiraz I had with my dinner. Such a pity that waitress who also barely came to our table to ask if everything was fine with the food) can make a lovely restaurant that sells tasty food get such a bad review. My advice to the owner of restaurant is to get rid of that waitress before she allows your restaurant to receive more bad reviews because of her incompetence. As a first time customer I was terribly disappointed with the waitress working there due to her incompetence and con artist ways, so I rate service less than star.
