Mcdonald's - Regina

We went through drivethrew. It was quite hard to understand the person speaking. We had to repeat our order multiple times. We emphasised to have the bagel well toasted, by mentionning it 3 times. The bagel arrived with no tosting at all, so we asked if we could have it toasted. They than burned the edges of a new baggel sent it back with no butter, just burnt. My goodness. This is insulting and really tired of having this type of experience at Mcdonald's. 2nd time during our trip.... like i am not going to eat itat least the coffees were good

I visited at around 8:30 pm and received apple pies that were prepped at around 2pm to be served by around 6.. this is not the first time at this location that my food has been stale or food from earlier in the afternoon...

The inside is absolutely disgusting. Dirty and bugs everywhere And sinks in bathroom don’t work. Makes you think twice about eating

The drive-thru wasn't busy so there was little to no wait time and amazingly they got our order 100% correct! No complaints at this location.Vegetarian options: The smoothies and lattes are great vegetarian choices as for food their cheeseburger without meat is a good option. It's cheap approx .80 +tax
