The Clubhouse - Region of Waterloo

My father in law and I decided to go somewhere in Hervey Bay for a good steak. Wow, we were pleased to go here. I suggested it initially and decided to go the full meat experience with Carpaccio( only for March ; yummm, melt in the mouth with the herbed cream cheese and rocket. I ordered the Signature Smoked Rib Fillet( marble score 6+ . I normally go med rare but decided to go rare. On arrival the the Kumari chips and beans /brocollini with almonds were great and the steak was nice but done med Rare. Before I had a chance to have a second bite theManager breezed by and asked how everything was and I lifted my steak. Iona immediately asked how I ordered it without me saying anything. I said rare, quick as a flash she lifted the plate and said she will return with it correctly cooked. The steak in return was so different to themed rare. This raw had beautiful charred juices flavour and the rest just melted in my mouth, all the way to the end of the 300g. Devine experience. Thank you.

We had a group of 12 people for dinner, the food was awesome the staff were great and I definitely rate The Clubhouse highly for a great night! Thank you

We had my daughters 21st here last night...it was amazing...the room was set out perfect...the food was excellent and every guest fully enjoyed their dinner and dessert...the staff are just the best people...so friendly and a HUGE Thank You to Alisha who organised it all, you went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated
