Sprinkles Renfrew - Renfrewshire

Terrible. I ordered online as I was just a few minutes away and thought it would be ready when I came there. that wasn't it. I had to wait a few minutes and when I arrived, the three of them stood there. I also paid for six churros and a small tub chocolate sauce. annoying and not worth the money. in any case will not be back.

While the ice and eating here is nice, the service is really terrible and the prices are quite high. they are always abandoned waiting times to serve then wait for longer to be made for their order. the personal seems. to punish the home deliveries and to leave the customers in the last load. during our last visit I saw that a worker was wiping her hands on her pullover and fixed her hair during the preparation of food. she also used her finger to push someone's ice into the tub, as the lid would not close. Is this certainly due to food hygiene?

I visited here with my family around saw a lot of photos on facebook and decided to take the trip to try it. when we arrived, the server was smoking outside the building. she came right behind us and went into her. the back as she took off her jacket and straight ahead, she continued to lean on the counter with her notizblock and pencil waiting for us to order. not enough time to wash their hands. as our first time and the fact that we had just set ourselves, it took a while to decide what everyone wanted. it was pretty quiet. we felt with pressure that she was still there and we were right next to the counter. between us we ordered a chicken bag, a crowning chicken pan, lens soup, crepe, ice and milkshakes. first, the milkshakes were in order that I had made home similar. quarter of my sonny baguette was rocky, this would have noticed during preparation, but still served, so he was disappointed that he could not eat everything. the panini did not taste of crowning huh and looked nothing like the ones we had seen on facebook, so my man was disappointed as this was one of the reasons he wanted to visit. my daughter and sister moaned that her ceremonies were like a glitch. in hindsight I should probably have complained while we were there, but I felt there were too many things that were not right, I just wanted to go. also we tried to pay at the time of ordering and she always told us to pay at the end. I don't know what the big thing made us pay. I will not be back in the final.

I'm so sorry to write that because sprinkles is our firm favorite! the service this evening was horrific! the wait was at least minutes and the service was so slow! the workers could have done something more to keep the customers. happy that I honestly understand that they might have been under pressure, but even a smile would have gone a long way.

I went in here with my daughter and my husband the staff are very friendly,and the cakes are delicious and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning.
